Welcome to the Destination Canada Boutique

Here, you'll find a selection of merchandise that is ethically sourced by our trusted partner,  Fairware.

How It Works

All purchases from La Boutique must be for business purposes only.

Once you submit an order, your merchandise will ship from Fairware in Vancouver, British Columbia within two business days. Note that Fairware does not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Rush deliveries can be requested and will incur additional charges.

Invoicing

The cost of all purchases from La Boutique will be taken directly from your department’s budget, which you’ll indicate during the checkout process. Your department will be invoiced monthly, either through Finance or directly.

How do I log into my account?

What if I need last-minute merchandise?

Rush jobs are almost always possible. To arrange, please email or call Fairware at destinationcanada@fairware.com or 604.732.3247. They will help organize a pickup at their office in Vancouver or discuss rush shipping options.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within two days of being received. Within British Columbia or to Alberta, Standard Delivery will then take three to nine business days, while Express Delivery will take one to two days. Deliveries outside these areas will take longer.

If you have a firm deadline, please include this date in the order notes at checkout. Fairware will contact you directly if you need rush shipping or if your deadline cannot be met.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary by your location and the delivery option you choose at checkout. Please contact Fairware (destinationcanada@fairware.com) if you have a specific deadline or large order and they will advise if additional shipping charges will be incurred.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
