Create a custom order

To start your custom order, please fill in the form below. Requests for custom orders will be reviewed by Destination Canada’s Brand team, in collaboration with Fairware, and evaluated for alignment to Destination Canada’s Promotional Items Strategy and Business Objectives. Once this review is complete, Fairware will get in touch regarding next steps on your order.

Lead times

Standard lead time for custom orders is three – to four weeks, depending on the item, plus up to five business days for shipping. Some custom orders can take up to 16 weeks.

Custom pricing

Product pricing depends on three things:

1. Product quantity. The more items you order, the less the per unit cost of the product.

2. Print colours. The more colours you wish to print on the product, the higher the cost.

3. Print locations. Custom printing in multiple places on the product will incur additional charges.

Rush orders

Rush orders can be accommodated but will add to the total cost. Make sure you specify your delivery needs in the Comments box of the form below, so Fairware can advise you accordingly.
